TRINI BOX

A vegetarian mild curry of sweet potato, butternut squash, red kidney beans, cooked in coconut milk, spices and scotch bonnet peppers.  Rice either served with rice 'n' peas, a Caribbean staple of steamed basmati rice, cooked with red kidney beans and coconut milk and seasoned with herbs and spices or steamed basmati rice. Served with a selection of sides including Festival, a sweet fried dumpling rolled into a sausage shape made with flour and cornmeal served, chunky homemade coleslaw, mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, red onion, spring onion, cucumber and pineapple.

Jerk chicken, succulent chicken marinated in our Jerk marinade sauce, slow cooked with Caribbean spices and herbs.  Served with rice 'n' peas, A Caribbean staple of steamed basmati rice, cooked with red kidney beans and coconut milk and seasoned with herbs and spices. Curried Goat, slow cooked young goat meat, specially reared by a local farmer who collaborates with our local butchery. Blended with authentic spices and scotch bonnet peppers, mild curry and coconut milk.
