TRINI MEAL BOX
A mild vegetarian curry, created by adding Caribbean and Indian spices to sweet potato, butternut squash and red kidney beans and red lentils. Also coconut milk and corriander are added to make a rich aromatic sauce that coats the vegetables into this very satisfying curry. Served with white basmati rice, roti bread and a red onion and tomato salad.

Een milde vegetarische curry, bereid met Caribische en Indiase kruiden toegevoegd aan zoete aardappel, muskaatpompoen, rode kidneybonen en rode linzen. Ook kokosmelk en koriander zijn toegevoegd om een rijke aromatische saus te maken die de groenten omhult in deze zeer bevredigende curry. Geserveerd met witte basmati rijst, rotibrood en een salade van rode ui en tomaat.
